Zone by The Park, Bani Park Jaipur

I'm sharing my experience on the restaurant only and not the hotel stay. We were a large group & from our arrival itself we were provided with excellent service. As we were seated on the terrace I was skeptical about the service or the food being brought on time however we were pleasantly surprised when we were waited on by 3 staffs. The Special mocktails made for us were top-notch & the food was excellent. We were treated in the best way possible & all the variety of dishes were superb tasting. The only disappointment was the dessert but it did not ruin the day. I'm sure someone in management is doing all the right things for their staff to take care of their guests from the moment they walk in. Highly recommended.

Hotel is below average for a four star rating. Breakfast experience is good. Be aware to try only North Indian dishes as South Indian dishes are not satisfactory. Restaurant staff are cordial and serve with customer satisfaction as their goal.

Hotel rooms are tight - toilet requires a clean. We stayed in quad - with lack of amenities- had to request extra towels and water and had to explain why - raised with manager in morning and sorted Food in restaurant is fantastic and so are the service staff. This would not be a choose of hotel in the future

The staff were polite and the cab service was good. Everything else was disappointing. Terrible, terrible experience at this hotel with respect to the food and in-room services. On the first night, we ordered dessert from the hotel which took 30 minutes, 2 calls and a trip to the reception for us to finally receive it. They removed it from the bill on our insistence of just cancelling the orders. The buffet breakfast was very mediocre with only the dosa counter and fruits being any good. Browned mashed potatoes were labeled as hash browns and the pav did not have a good gravy. On the second day, we had to leave early, and they gave us a packed breakfast. This had one tiny slice of sandwich in a huge sandwich package to trick their customers. It's only fit for kids. Opting for the train breakfast would have been a better prospect. The only reason we even had the packed breakfast was because they refused to cancel the prepaid breakfast charges. The room did not have proper kettles; some did not stop automatically or some had stuff inside it. The rooms themselves were spacious enough. All in all, I don't think I'll be going back to this hotel.

One of the best place to stay. Food was good and service is superb. Rooms are spacious and proper hygiene and cleanliness is maintained. Value for money is correct word for this place.
