Leela Grande Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Leela Grande in Karnal for two nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms were amazing’spacious, well-managed, and equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The washrooms were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Room service was prompt and efficient, just a phone call away. The ambience of the hotel was delightful, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. There were no hidden charges, which I greatly appreciated, as it made the stay hassle-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I am eagerly looking forward to my next stay at Hotel Leela Grande. Highly recommended

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I looked up ratings and decide to go for it. Found it too deep in from the highway, in crowded / thickly populated area with shops on ground floor. Room was without window (106) and same was true of restaurant. Food was good but breakfast had limited choice. Then I realised the ratings shared are 6 to 9 year old. Found only 1 rating which also is 4 years old this is how they mislead the guest

The stay was really good very near and clean with all the amenities you require at your stay and staffs were very accommodating in terms of service

I visit the hotel few days ago, i love the Ambience, food and service was adorable. I also like the aminities in the rooms and the bathroom, the room was really smells good. We enjoy alot, the behaviour of staff was amazing they fullfill our all needs and requirements. Thank you Leela Grande for your lovely customer service.
