I had booked this hotel online through OYO for my stay at Kurnool. The hotel name SUPER HOTEL O KURNOOL, does not exist at the address mentioned..When I reached the address I found my booking was done at NAGAMAYURI GRAND, which I had not booked. This was a rude shock since I was new to the place.I had booked for triple occupancy and paid the full amount, but when I reached the hotel I was told the hotel has only double occupancy and they asked us to adjust.. there was no mention of the extra mattress. I did not even enter the room or stay there since the room allotted was very bad. The pictures posted was fake. But OYO is charging me for the stay, they are refusing refund. OYO is supposed to be professional in the hotel booking has failed in the Services. They have not even checked the property name which is a basic requirement. When I called OYO, they offered generic standard reply without understanding and addressing the issue. All they said was they cannot cancel the booking My sincere advice to travellers, please do not book rooms through OYO. They don't even verify the property details. They are professionals in cheating people. Since it was late in the evening I had to look out for different hotel, the local auto driver helped me. Took me to a standard 3 star hotel which was costly, but was neat and clean.. I not only needed up paying more for my stay, but also lost the amount which I had paid to OYO since they have refused to refund the amount. Most of us travel to different cities for holiday and business and we rely on the information provided by Service providers, not sure how to trust the information provided online by service providers. We cannot reach to the hotel directly, because their contact numbers are not available in website.
