Shanti Villa (Mahabaleshwar)

Best hotel, Hot bath water, nice and big swimming pool, close to the market, cozy beds and its close to the market so that's convenient. Service is fast and good. and yes for wifi and tv you may have to pay but for TV and AC vo don't need to pay actually, just use a remote app on your mobile and it works (i swear neeta shanti villa i didn't exploit this) And sometimes its just that windows wont lock so lets get back to the most important stuff, Z+ security (dogs) (The german shepard was quiet but the small dog was a bit on guard) and masala papad was good ’’’’’’’’

This hotel is totally opposite of how they are showing it to us. They are saying rooms are super deluxe, but from inside rooms will looks like third class lodge. 1. AC was not working at all. It was totally in broken state. At the end I manage to take a refund of AC, because I paid for it and it was not working. 2. I was trying to charge my mobile, but their plugs were not working. 3. Intercom was not working at all. Every time I was running towards reception area for any complaint. 4. Night lamps were not working. 5. Television system showing a message to do a cable recharge. 6. Bathroom was disgusting. 7. They were not changing the bedsheets. Also I got towels in evening instead of morning for 2 days. 8. Swimming pool was not maintained properly. Same comment for children play area. 9. Food quality was not that much good.

I visited the villa recently with my friends. experience was good. rooms are specious so it can be good if your group want to hangout and chit-chat in altogether. loved the variety of food of , specially the hot soup was my favorite. pool activity was another highlight of my stay. the surrounding of greenery in hotel and addition of fog made it surreal. I travelled with Neeta bus that was worthy experience. bus was on time and clean. overall had really good time with my folks at this villa.

It is way old property with poor management and service. The positive and no of reviews are probably from 2010's when i can imagine this would have been great stay, but now roofs are leaking, restaurent feels like college mess. And on top of that they are charging like anything. Definitely not worth it. If you want your family to be at the receiving end of worst possible service go ahead and book it.

Visited 30/09/23 to 02/10/23. Room alloted to us without cleaning. I had to pick the used soaps from bathroom & throw it away in dustbin. There was major current shock coming in toilet flush & soap holder. No proper earthing done. They charged for baby milk. Later I came to know baby food is free, only after asking reception desk, 50 rs per 1/2 litre!! They returned my money and Reception staff is also not good Milk was provided in collision thermas. How irresponsible?? Milk was for my 1.5 yrs baby. Only food was good part otherwise experience is very bad. For 2 days they charged me 14400 & Gujarati couple we met there was charged same amount for 4 days and they are using very old sleeper class buses.bus condition is not good and bus diver and staff is also not good
