Hotel Abode

Hotel has ample parking space and a restaurant. The rooms were good however the attached bathroom were not maintained properly. Shower was not working, lot of rust and the exhaust fan was not great. The room rate is bit expensive when compared with the temple accommodation. One of the highlights is that they provide pick up and drop to.the temple.

Good hotel in a very good location. Walkable distance to temple . Walkable distance to restaurants. They have their own restaurant too. Good rooms . Lot of parking place. They have a vehicle to drop you to temple. We went in our own car. Service is good. Restaurant not many people there as temple offers free prasadam( assuming).

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Abode, Mantralayam. Its close proximity to the temple makes it a convenient choice. The staff was polite and responsive, even calling before check-in to ensure the room was ready. The rooms were clean, service was great, and hot water was available throughout the day. Highly recommended!

We had a beautiful stay at Abode . Rooms are spacious . They had the most tidiest bathroom. Bathrooms are also spacious . Never expected such cleanliness. They have a shower glass for bath . Only minus point is there was warm water instead of hot water . It’s very close to the temple .the hotel also provides a buggy service to the temple. From the railway station it’s about 15 kms and takes half an hour by auto to get here . They have a restaurant adjacent to this hotel . The food over there seems average. Our priority was cleanliness so we were very happy staying here . They have a supervisor to check after the rooms and bathrooms are cleaned each time .

We reached on 31st morning 6:30 am and requested 8/10 times to give us room early, they said room is available but need to pay extra 1500, we understand they have policy but knowing that we are with small kid and all bus, trains is early morning drop they could have given, if there were many customers we understand but rooms being available they didn't even consider and we were waiting outside for 4 hrs. After multiple request they gave at 10:00 am. We ordered french fries which was like plastic, I told them this is not good and we can get food poison with it, still they bill us and I have got food poison. Location is good 5 star for that, hotel is decent and good no doubt. But service is horrible and policy is pathetic. They should consider in pilgrimage places we didn't go for vacations. Hotel has crazy crazy mosquito and toilet paper was not provided, food is average 3 star for that. Parking is good.
