Food is Good. Rooms are Good, my room Ac is not working properly works only at 18 degree . Adventure park is small but adventure park staff is very helpful and supportive, it was an amazing experience. Hotel staff is very good, toilets are very good, all kept clean. Rooms can be maintained more properly. Winters don’t seem the same, temperature in Badlapur is much lower than Matheran. So we missed the chilling weather.

My recent stay at The Byke Brightland Adventure Park & Resort was far from satisfactory. Despite booking a luxury deluxe room for two nights, we encountered several significant issues: Misleading Room Pictures: The room we were given was not as depicted in the pictures shown during booking. When we raised this with the receptionist, we were told that the pictures on the website were outdated and the management was in the process of updating them. Lack of Privacy: The room had a connecting door to the adjacent room, which allowed us to hear the conversations of the other guests, compromising our privacy. Poor Room Cleanliness: The bed sheets and bedding were torn and stained. Additionally, there was a strong odor of newly applied paint, and the bathroom had leaks and other water-related issues. Missing Amenities: The room lacked several in-room amenities that were promised at the time of booking. Inefficient Service: The front desk and room service were slow and unresponsive to our needs. Food Quality: The only positive aspect of our stay was the quality of the food, which was good. Overall, this experience was disappointing.
