Hotel Hiral Valley View Residency

The Hotel is at a great location near the main market with valley views from the rooms. Matheran station is also just 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. The only thing I disliked was the bathroom. It had a very weird smell that we had to use perfumes every time before using it.

Very very Unhygienic place and the bathroom was pathetic not worth for money, very rude host’ The rooms seems totally different from the photos we see and book’ please go for some resort option If you gave hygiene at top most priority.

We stayed in 501 on 1st Nov 2024 Hot water problem . Room is very cozy & congested for 4 people . Toilet was continously stinking . No any view from this room . Ac was continously tripping on and off . Ac water was creating a mess in window balcony so we kept window closed all the time. Blanket and mattress were very unhygienic.

Rooms are quite good and the view is best.. problem of hot water

Rooms are very good newly renewed with balcony matheran hill view it is 2min from market road and located in Local residential area Which is advantage. Rooms service is good specially mr Roshan. Also seprate Wifi with good speed.Must visit.
