The room alloted to me earlier was not so convenient as it was very small then I paid them some extra money and got shifted to some better room. After that there was no inconvenience with service or facilities. The staff was caring and location was perfect.
Our room was dirty and not cleaned properly. The staff's service was very slow. They served the dinner in the dining hall at around 10:00pm. Even the food was bad in taste. The swimming pool was not even big enough for 4 kids. Not worth the money.
This is a certainly a good property but there are a few factors where they can improve. The room we stayed in was spacious but it was not as much clean. The staff members were quite helpful, even the food was decent. I think if they improve their maintenance it will definitely help them.
Our stay here went really well. There were no complaints whatsoever with the management. Our super deluxe A/C room was very well maintained, the service provided was accurate. Also the meals tasted good. This is a recommendable property.
