It was comfortable stay, undoubtedly. Only thing, morning tea was not a part of INCLUSIVE ALL MEALS ! It would be better, if it is included. Rest it was a cool stay.
Most recommmended due to staff behavior and neatness of hotel and locaion,with food items but water servises not matained properly,room servise not available as per requirment.
The Hotel was very much centrally located. we visited Matheran for the first time and were unknown about the places and addresses but travelguru suggested us avery good and reliable hotel which we cant forget in our life. The hotel was very nice and clean especially the food quality and variety was amazing.We got proper guidence regarding site seeing from hotel management. The hotel management had arranged a DJ party and was very memorable. Thanks a lot to Travelguru for recommending such a nice hotel and to make our stay memorable.
The hotel has excellent location right in front of railway station which is important in the 'vehicle-less' Matheran. Hotel has nice clean room. I took AC rooms but AC was not at all required (at least at this time). The food was simply superb... I reiterate - excellent food! The only negative point is that the swimming pool was not functional as some renovation was going on.
