Sayeban Hotel

I stayed here for two nights over the weekend with my family of six, and we occupied a large room with three beds. While it wasn't the most comfortable, it was a good stay. The room was spacious, and the bathroom and toilet were very clean. However, the towels in the room had an unpleasant smell, likely due to the rainy season and moisture. Given the charges, it's important to account for such factors. There was no cupboard or hangers provided, which are particularly necessary during the rainy season for hanging wet clothes. The breakfast was okay, but with only two or three options, more variety would have been appreciated. The exterior area was not very pleasant, with dustbins left in the open right next to the reception. I brought this to the attention of the owner, Ismile, and hope for prompt action. Overall, the experience did not quite match the charges; it should have been at least 25% less expensive. However, I believe this is a common issue with hotels in Matheran. While the stay wasn't exceptional, it was satisfactory.

I came to the sayeban hotel for the 2nd time with my family,my experience has been very good, hotel staff is very good, specially Salman, safik & ismile thank you so much,to help us in every way, food here is like home, market and Masjid front side in hotel, very happy with my family here, room, swimming pool is clean ,I will invite others to come here, and I missed one very much,our dear dilip Bhai, many many thanks Ismail for your help. 2nd time visit, sayeban hotel, service good, rooms swimming pool and bathroom very clean, me and my family very huppy, thanks all staff, food quality very good, specially ismail bhai ezaz bhai and others thank you very much.

I had called this place to reserve a booking for 5 days but the call attender proceeded to tell me how long I should stay for i.e he literally said 3 days is more than enough as the first response for can I get a room for 5 days . What service is this ? I am extremely disappointed in the communication part . I have stayed here before aswell but this is just not acceptable. Please revert back to me . And get a better understanding. And make sure it's not the guy who picked my call . He does not know how to speak .

Everything related to this property is best. Have visited there enormous times and in every season, still they never disappointed. Comfy stay, delicious food, indoor / outdoor games, children play area, swimming pool like amenities are good to explore.
