Room was good but lacked cleanliness. service was not up to the mark..3 guests but only accessories provided for 2...like bath towels, toothbrush kit. Napkin was not provided till two days of journey. Essential item are given after followup like water bottles per day,etc. Food, Indoor activities are too good. As specially Live Music by Ms. Gauriben was most wonderful memories. Staff is very cooperative. Those who are plan to enjoy the weather of Matheran and not visit Points. For those this property is most preferable

’Traveling: it leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller.’ This is the conclusion of our trip to this hotel. We visited here for 1 day 2 nights and it was an awesome time. We checked in and the staff at the reception reported to us within 5 minutes. The lounge is very comfortable with 9 couches to sit on, making sure you always have a seat. There’s also some juice to refresh you from the traveling. The rooms are at about a 5 minute walk from the reception counter. I visited with my family of a daughter and a wife. The rooms are well maintained, the staff at the reception reports on calls quickly and can assist you. There is also room dining service if you wish. It also has pools, and puppet shows at times, along with complimentary Mehandi and Tattoo services from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM alongside Karaoke at dinner and Disco post dinner. The only thing I think that you should worry about is the monkeys here, which is understandable as it is a heritage site, from 1854 made by the British People. The breakfast times are from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM. The lunch timings are 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM. The dinner timings are from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM. In conclusion, I’ll say this is a wallet-friendly place to visit with a lot of activities to have your day filled along with a calm atmosphere.

Pro DJ Sameer is Amazing DJ. You wish for any song. He will definitely play on DJ. Mixing skills are impressive. Enjoy lot. His Show ending style was wonderful. I like it.For DJ operation 5/5. Bass Sound quality 3.5/5.

This is place huge and quite . The swimming pool is clean and the indoor activities room is well equipped and maintained. The foot massage done by Varsha was very relaxing. The food is also very tasty . The cake ordered was made exactly the way we wished for ( customized according to our taste ) . Little restoration is required for the garden equipments . But overall we had a wonderful experience.

The location is ideal for relaxation, and the adventure activities offered were both exciting and enjoyable. The live music performance by Ms. Gauri was exceptional, and DJ Sameer truly enhanced the atmosphere with his amazing sets. We had a fantastic time enjoying both the live music and the disco vibe. The rooms were comfortable, but I felt that they did not quite meet the expectations set for a luxury deluxe room, I believe there could be improvements in this area to enhance guest experience. The food was satisfactory, but I would recommend further improvement in the taste and variety to elevate the dining experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and provided good service, which added to the overall positive experience. Overall, we had a great time and appreciate the efforts of the team. With a few adjustments to the room amenities and food quality, I believe the experience could be even better.
