Great team and communication from all departments, from front desk, house keeping and dinning staff. Food quality excellent and happy to cater for special requests and diets. Cleaning staff were excellent, very professional. As a matter of fact, I witnessed a gentleman cleaning constantly 24/7. Staff will try to help, accommodate with any ask to make guests comfortable. Great security, secure good quality wifi. Don't be discouraged by the road works, beautiful hotel inside. Very centrally located, close to all amenities. Special mention for the caring staff Shraddha, MD, Nisha, Managers Front Office, Housekeeping & F&B. I enjoyed my stay of two weeks, I was very anxious if i had booked a safe and clean hotel but It truly was the perfect choice for my accommodation. As a solo elderly female traveller, I appreciate feeling safe and cared for. I hope to book here again. I give all this recommendation for a Mumbai based stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Adiva Residency, Mumbai, and despite a rough start due to a terrible booking experience with Agoda, my stay turned out to be excellent’all thanks to Mr. Vicky Roy! From the moment I arrived, Mr. Vicky went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. He not only helped resolve the booking issues but also provided exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality throughout my stay. His patience, kindness, and dedication truly made a difference, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a memorable and enjoyable one. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers great amenities. The staff is courteous, and the location is convenient for both business and leisure travelers. But the highlight of my stay was the outstanding support from Mr. Vicky Roy, who exemplifies what true hospitality is all about. This hotel is a 14 storeyed building located in an easily accessible location. The room that we were in was clean and had the amenities like AC, TV, kettle etc. It also had a glass window which offered a city view which was not admirable. The room service was good with cleaning done properly. We did not order food here. For 2 nights, we were charged 13000 rupees but we did not even have a complimentary breakfast. The stay was good but I’d be hesitant to say that it was worth the money that we paid.

Spacious room, bathroom. Everything is cleaned. Lot of items provided in bathroom for use. Provided early check-in. Helpful staff. Only thing bad is food. Breakfast was terrible. Idly, vada, sambhar, chutney - nothing was good. Tea was not hot. They just keep it warm over something which as per them is hot. Only thing good was bread toast and omelette.
