Anupam Hotel

Best hotel within miles!!! I walked around for hours in the morning trying to find a hotel going into about 10 different hotels. They were all very smelly and dirty and very rude staff. Then I came across this hotel, which was very very clean. The staff were very very helpful. They let me shower even after I checked out. They helped my bags all day until I left to get the train the next day if you come to Mumbai book this hotel.

An impeccable stay at Anupam residency. Starting with the enquiry until check out time, our experience has been great at this hotel. The higher management are always available at the desk, always willing to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible. All services were great, the restaurant close by that has private access has amazing food. All in all, had a perfect stay. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed with the service. Nothing in order here. 1. No communication between management and staff. Made us wait in reception with 3 years daughter although everything was confirmed in writing and also over phone communication. 2. Price is overcharged. We paid 6k, room is small for this price without anything to store. 3. Restaurants above will try to overcharge. They will not share the menu with you. We order basis sandwiches and it was overcharged to what was written in menu. First they add the wrong items in the bill and when questioned still they overcharged for sandwiches saying prices are different in the evening time. Overall I might be wrong but I felt the staffs here are just looking to steal your money and don’t care about the actual service. Even I request for towels, they forgot after half an hours I had to call again to get the basis things. I don’t understand how they operate. Management needs to look into this very seriously if not, I don’t think anyone would like to visit this place in family.

The agoda booking stated "including breakfast" but the hotel refused and said it was agoda's mistake. Agoda did not solve the issue. Check-in took around 30 minutes, although they told only 5 minutes". Lying seems to be part of their business.

Great stay for all our guests. We had more than 10 rooms for a marriage function. Highly recommended.
