I had a terrific experience at this hotel and would advise others to avoid it. The hotel was hard to find, located in a foul smelling alley with no proper signage. The service was unprofessional and unorganised from the beginning. The room was stained bedding, leaking fixtures and bathroom amenities. No action was executed after multiple complaints. Overall, this hotel feels like a scam. #DO NOT STAY HERE @booking.com platform must remove such hotel chains from the portal asap.

Extremely Disappointed ’ Worst Hotel Experience Ever! I had the worst experience at this hotel, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional and disorganized. The room was in terrible condition’unclean, with a foul smell, stained bedding, and malfunctioning amenities. The bathroom was even worse, with poor hygiene standards and leaking fixtures. Despite multiple complaints, no action was taken. To make matters worse, the food was subpar, and the overall hygiene in the dining area was concerning. The management was completely unresponsive and lacked basic customer service skills. This was an absolute waste of money, and I regret choosing this hotel. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend others to look elsewhere. The worst ambience, worst service, worst breakfast arrangements they don’t even have any options and worst location as well . DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked into this hotel which is almost impossible to find down a tiny foul-smelling alleyway with no signs. The place is run down and dirty, the reception itself is on the 4th floor. When we got to the room it STANK of cigarette smoke, and full of mosquitoes. To top it off, when I went to get some drinking water at night, the VERY RUDE MAN at the reception told me there was a charge! He began yelling and even swearing in a very unprofessional manner when I asked why there was no free water. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. How does a hotel not have complimentary water?? Especially when charging this price. Truly unacceptable and shocking experience. DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Extremely disappointing and bad experience. They say it is 3 star hotel but their service is comparable to zero star. They don’t provide towels in bathroom you have to call them to get towels. The worst thing they charge you for the so called ’free breakfast’ but when u go to their dirty and congested restaurant they will ask more money for the breakfast (which u have already paid during booking). In the name of free breakfast they will give u two options only, u have to choose any one option. If u still feel hungry u have to pay for it. So in-fact it is not a free breakfast they charge u twice for the same breakfast. Think twice before booking this filthy hotel.

This hotel is under renovation. Half of the building is broken, and the other half is being used. Rooms look decent, but there is no view outside as you wish. The cafeteria and breakfast is basic the room by Sir, okay, but one of the senior front desk person is very rude and arrogant.
