Hotel Delight

This is the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in my life. Rooms and tiny and so dirty. Bedsheets, towels and blankets are dirty and brown and there is random hair on the bed. Only one charging port, small washroom and even smaller sink. Water pressure very low. Toilet seat very dirty. Had to give 1 star rating because there is no option for 0 stars.

Pathetic !!! Smelly and Tiny Room. Simply Avoiddd in all circumstances. If you stay there for 2-3 days I am sure you will fall sick. Also stay away from trap of taxi drivers at CST railway who will always take you to Hotel Orange (nearby) and this Pathetic hotel and in return taxi driver get minimum 20 to 30 % cut as commission from there hotel. Area is also crowded, not safe for family and not recommended AT ALL.

The hotel staff asked me to cancel the online booking as I had changed my travel plans and decided to stay one night instead of two. They said they would allow online cancellation of the booking. They then proceeded to charge me 1800 in cash for one night. Later they declined the cancellation fee waiver for the online booking contrary to what has been told me. So I lost about 1900 rs for the online booking and paid them 1800 cash. So essentially they filled me into paying almost 4000 rs for one night stay. Very very disappointing! I would not recommend this place to anybody at all.

SCAM ALERT-Don’t you ever go there .Avoid staying in this places.They charged me 5000 for 1 night for single room. I was unable to go in the washroom as there were more than enough insects and was smelling more than hell.I puked there because of the smell .Rooms are compact ,ACs we’re not working properly.No ventilation. Inspite to this you can stay in ADARSH HOTEL .It’s near SURTI Restaurant.IF YOU WANT TO FALL SICK THEN YOU CAN STAY IN DELIGHT.

My friends had a nightmare staying there. No ventilation, if they closed the door they'd definitely die. Such a small room and there were 9 or 10 of them sleeping in one room
