Hotel Sweet Home

Really great place - staff were so friendly and helpful, we really got on well with them. It is not luxury but it is just what you need staying in Mumbai centre, right by central train station, shops and taxis literally outside but it is not too noisy either. And it is completely clean.

Photos match reality, but the exterior is of course more shabby. But good for a couple of nights! Polite staff, air conditioning worked well, refrigerator also worked, water and toilet were all right, it was quiet! Gave free water! We booked through the MakeMyTrip service, this is important. Paid in advance, check-in went smoothly. The location is chic, close to the train station, close to the gates of India and to the airport. In short, a good place!

It was dirty, my sister slept on a matress on the floor, the walls were fllthy, cracked & dirty glass on window, the grouting on bathroom was just laid and not washed off, covered by a filthy blind on window. Had to ask for bottled water and toilet rolls, It was supposed to be an Executive suite -1 for rating. Expedia you have a lot to answer for. Jyothi Harjani

Mid range hotel to stay at Mumbai Central. Good to stay. Very helpful people at desk and co operative. Room was neat and clean . Ac , fan , cable TV was in good working condition. Bathroom was in good condition.

Such a lovely hotel in prime location. Rooms are clean and waiter and even manager r standing on a rock. I went with my family for mumbai and lalbag Ganesh ji darshan last week. Full support form waiter to manager even early at 5 o clock. Thanks mr. Ankitbhai and rafikbhai. Must visit this hotel. Again and again i want to stay here.. thanks again..
