Relax Guest House

The room appeared tidy but had an unpleasant smell. The air conditioning and water heater were in good working order, and they supplied bath soap and towels. My room was on the second floor, and there was no elevator. The location is convenient for budget-conscious travelers as it is very close to Masjid railway station. However, there are several areas where improvements are necessary, especially considering the price they charge.

First of all, the single room is quite spacious as well as comfortable. The bedsheets, blanket and the pillows were clean too. Bathroom was also extremely clean and maintained. The hotel is situated at a walkable distance, just next to the ’Masjid station’, the penultimate station to CST. AC was also in perfect working condition and they also provided free wifi to the guests. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Rooms and service were good. Very near to Masjid railway station hence traveling to other places is easier. Good for the visitors. Only challenge is there is no lift, carrying big luggage through staircase will be a challenge.

Rooms were very small with no ventilation. Fortunately AC was working. Neither the TV nor the fridge was working. There was no drinking water and i had to buy water bottle. Bed linen were not smelling fresh though looked white. Room service was alright. Though the hotel didn't have any restaurant, they have some tie up with other restaurant from where you can order food. Food was fine though not great. I booked the hotel through Oyo. The bill in Oyo app was 2568 for 3 nights. But after reaching the hotel the hotel authority told me that they can't give me room at this price. So I had to pay 1300 rupees extra. So the total price was 3868 for 3 nights. Even if you ignore all these shortcomings, the worst thing about the hotel was its location. The roads leading to this hotel was so crowded with people and vehicles that it was very difficult to reach with ola/uber/local cab after 11 am. The local cab drivers were very scared to go to this route.

SCAM! When you arrive with your reservation fully paid with Booking/Agoda/Etc., the owner asks for more money. He says something like "We don't accept online bookings". Just ignore this hotel and go somewhere else.
