Grand Mercure Mysuru - An Accor Hotels Brand

The Veterans of the Indian Armed Forces of the 1971 batch held our annual get-together at Mysore. We booked 80 rooms and spent 3 nights at the hotel. All of us extremely happy with the service provided. The staff was extremely responsive, efficient and cheerful. Handled a large group like ours well. The hotel is also good for large groups. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Grand Mercure is one of the best hotel. Stayed for two days. Good hotel and well maintained hotel. It is located in centre of the city. All the place are very nearby. Good food. Rooms are neatly maintained. Bathroom is good. Pool water is clean and clear. Upper restaurant is good. Hotel is looking like palace. Well lit restaurant. Good wifi.

COVID long gone, but the hotel operating with run down staff, absolutely pathetic service, for the convenience of readers, if u choose to stay, pl dial 0 for reception as it's nowhere written on the room phone or room, that also if they pick, praise your luck, no one picks up housekeeping or room service nos. Some rooms like ours had a weird sticker placed on the windows to obstruct the outside view, it looked as if you have a window less room. The reception staff should have basic awareness about their property

Very nice and well maintained hotel. Food was also nice. Staff is courteous and helpful. Mr Chamraj, security supervisor, helped very much for arranging car parking and charging it. He has good control over his staff and gets the work done. He is very polite and well behaved.

We are traveling to wynad and stayed one day at grand Mercure. Great hotel. Nicely maintained Looby and good experience at entrance. Rooms are good and kept well. Well maintained bathroom. All TV channels are available and big TV. Good air conditioning in the room. We will come back again while returning to Bangalore.
