Genuine Review: 1.Room was located in Prime location which is 2km away from Zoo and Mysore palace & Mysore railway station. 2.Room size was good enough for 2 Adults and 1 kid. 3.Morning breakfast was decent enough - not much varieties but good enough. 4. Room service and Check-in and Checkout was quick too. 5. Also allowed me to extend my room till 2 pm without any extra charges. Overall it was good stay for us.

Used Dental kit was provided. Mainly we have stayed 1 day + late check out and check in. We paid for 2 days still only time breakfast was provided as complimentary. They denied to provide breakfast on the next day. Kindly check on this issue immediately.

The staff lacked experience and attentiveness. Despite specifically requesting less spicy food multiple times, we were served overly spicy dishes. The mixed vegetable dish barely contained any vegetables. Additionally, we asked for plain tandoori rotis without ghee or oil, but they served us parathas instead. It was clear they were ignorant of the instructions. The rooms were also below standard. There were many mosquitoes, and basic amenities such as slippers, towels, and a dental kit were not provided. The bedsheets were dirty, which made the stay even more unpleasant. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations.
