I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were not as advertised the photos of the room they have send during booking and the actual picture is quite different, rooms are small, poorly maintained, damped and lacked basic cleanliness. The staff was unresponsive to requests, and the service was incredibly slow. The location is also not good at all, during online bookings they claim to have lake view but the actual case is different, the distance and the inclination from the Mall Road is huge, you have to book local taxi whenever you want to get back to hotel from mall .Definitely not worth the price they charge. Would not recommend staying here!

Seriously mat hi book karna online sites pe dekh kar!! Rooms are very tiny + unhygienic bedsheet and towels, no toiletries as well. You can find better option at same location

I Bookes a lake view room in this hotel .when I reached this hotel they refused to give the hotel by saying the there is some issue with the washroom and they don't have room key . And they are giving other room in other hotel which is much higher than the mall road

worst staff , the staff behavior is arrogant , i call the reception of this hotel , the person talks very rude , and ask 2500 per room which show 1500 on make my trip , i don't recommend any one to visit this hotel if you doesn't want to spoil your mood ,

This hotel is located very far from the bus stand, one has to walk a lot uphill and same is the case if you have the luggage don't even think to reach by foot only take transportation that's good option. in case you health enthusiasm then go it's will be great workout ’’. if you try for cheaper option of room that is not good at all from air,vibe etc. if you go for mid range room that's get good feel from inside room like describe room with lake view (only show little bit lake view from window with -metal tin shade- like 20% of view of lake I don't try food on hotel because I am not in habit of take food from hotel. I already travel to nainital 6 times I know where I get best food for so I don't try food in hotel. don't even think you are getting cheaper option when you reach there you will find out you have to rent vehicles due to hotel altitude location. I am not complaint any hotel issue ,the true experience of travel I am sharing also I did not take pictures of room I booked but other option of mid range room of lake view pic I have taken which will be share & room rent of lake view room around 1800 rs as on July 2024 may very from time to time thank you this review will help anyone to get right decision ’’
