Visawa Palace

Place is in industrial area with pollution ,Dont expect them to provide any service to you. The people at front desk are non professional , believe in One time customer connect .Breakfast is ok with limited spread ,Bed linen & towel not clean Overall not value for money & poor hospitality .

I booked executive suits for my visit. Rooms were good as per 3 start hotel. So don’t expect much. The staff and service was good. The North Indian food was also good but if you are visiting Nanded Sahib Gurudwara then prefer langar any number of times as it’s fantastic’. We had two times and the experience was amazing.. The hotel staff was very courteous. Hotel is only 20 mins away from Airport and 10 mins away from Nanded Sahib Gurudwara..

All is good but more chang to improve service room clean.

Hotel Visava palace is located on prime location in Nanded city . We found it clean , neat with great ambiance. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, lounges on every floor are spacious as well . Checkin and checkout time is convenient. Early checkin is possible on request . Staff of the hotel is professional, polite and helpful . They voluntarily helped us to find autos. They have a restaurant as well , but the restaurant staff needs to be more professional at their services . Food quality is good . Parking is available but the adjacent roads are not so good , which is a common issue in Nanded city . Overall it’s a nice place to stay at Nanded with your family and friends .

It was a good experience overall at the Visawa palace. My family was visiting for pilgrimage trip, hence the location and Check-in time was very important. They were quite accommodating as our train arrived earlier than their usual check-in time. It is conveniently located near the Train station with lots of travel options: Auto ricks, private cabs, etc. The service was exceptional - hotel supplies, food - breakfast and lunch, and also helped us book transport. The only issue I faced was regarding the Wi-Fi connection, it was not stable and sketchy at places inside the room. Need to improve the Wi-Fi situation. Overall a recommended place for a great value, hygiene, food.
