Hotel very well located at 3 min walk to the Kailash Colony metro station. Small cozy hotel with pretty large rooms clean and well furnished. Just guessing that the front rooms might be noisy. My bathroom was very clean and overall cleaning of the room daily was good. News paper provided, free wifi, large LCD TV. Nice dining room, breakfast buffet is basic and could be improved. Room service was ok, large menu to choose from and food was good though on evening very slow (one hour to get the diner). Also got very upset when they forgot to book the car I asked them to book. I told them twice the evening before that I would need a car for the morning after and they said there would not be any problem, but in the morning no car was there. They then suggested to book a tourist car that was 300 INR more expensive and since it was their responsability I suggested them to pay the price difference but they refused . This lack of responsability of the staff at the front desk is really a bad mark.
