Hotel Comfort Zone

The hotel can easily qualify as a 3* hotel, would give it 3.5 stars on Google. Read some older reviews before booking this place - found issues like window AC, noise from ongoing construction, impolite staff, etc. - didn't find any of those during my stay except the occasional construction work part. Stayed in a room with proper split AC & twin bed, big enough for 2 persons. (See my videos of this place on Google Maps & decide for yourself.) The staff have definitely worked on their etiquettes, I'd say they've rather went a bit overboard with their friendliness. Service is quick & the breakfast buffet has 6-7 options, better than most hotels nearby. Food is costly though. Running hot water isn't available round the clock but the hotel will switch on the boiler on request. GK metro station (gate 3) is only about 100 meters from here. It's a couple-friendly hotel, cleanliness is satisfactory, hotel infrastructure is old but ambience is decent, parking is by the roadside. Look for online deals else it can be costly owing to the locality, would definitely consider staying here again.

The price this hotel is quoting is o er valued. The provided room was not so good. Towels were not good. Flush didn't work, shower portion was not having curtain due to which water was spreading. Breakfast wasn't having much options (not bad though). Taste of food was good. Services were fine. Overall I didn't like the stay so low rating.

Worst staff I have ever seen in my life. They don't have hospitality sense. Room service is very late sometimes. Window Air Conditioners(A.C.) cools the rooms at least after 2 hours. Except infrastructure, they don't have anything. Breakfast is good. Lift is worst. You require double time to take bath due to showers. Very tough to get parking. Towel quality is not good.

I began by rating this place 5-stars on December '17. The ratings have fallen because the quality of their service has fallen, which is unacceptable in the hoteling industry. My last visit was from 10th November to 12th November. And it cemented my disappointment of them. The taps leak, the flush leaks, the headlight didn't work. On repeatedly asking them for maintenance, no one came up to fix this. In reporting at the concierge, their attitude was dismissive and lackadaisical. This hotel has a lot of potential. But it needs to identify good customers, ach really needs to improve it's service.

Pathetic experience. Overcharged hotel as per service they provide. I didn't get parking first of all. Then I had to ignore the arrogance and attitude of receptionist. Lift is so old that it can break your hand, it requires maintenance. Wall paint is removed at some places. Lot of mosquitoes in the room. Shower and taps were leaking. Towel was clean but stinking. Food was good. Bed was good. AC was not working as expected.
