Hotel Saket 27

I recently stayed at Saket 27 Hotel for a week, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and coordinated, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast options were plentiful, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, all freshly prepared and of excellent quality. The room was clean and comfortable, though there were a few small maintenance issues, such as worn-out door handles and tables, which could use some attention or replacement. Despite these minor issues, the stay was enjoyable. One thing I appreciated was the hotel’s flexibility with check-in and check-out times, allowing a one-hour adjustment, which made my stay more convenient. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay.

I recently traveled to Delhi and stayed at Saket 27 and had a wonderful experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was excellent and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and our extra luggage while traveling within country. I have visited with one of my friend for her Airhostess interview! Hotel Saket 27 in New Delhi offers a comfortable and convenient stay for travelers. Guests appreciate its quiet location, especially at night, and commend the efficient air conditioning that provides relief from Delhi's heat. The beds are noted for their exceptional comfort, ensuring a restful sleep. The hotel's proximity to a mall, various restaurants, and the metro station makes it a convenient choice for many travelers. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast is highly rated, offering a variety of options including continental, full English/Irish, vegetarian, Asian, and American dishes. Some guests have mentioned that the Wi-Fi can be slow and that the receptionists could be more accommodating. Additionally, while the food in the restaurant is good, there is room for improvement in the breakfast offerings.

The rooms are nice but the service is sub standard, and they don’t seem to respect women’s requests here. We needed toilet paper in the room and requested it twice over 30 min. When it did not arrive we went down to the lobby to get it, and at that time, they made the first request to housekeeping - basically they clearly ignored our request. We had food poisoning so this was a very unfortunate time not to have the amenities or respect we needed.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER IN DELHI! WE HAD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THIS HOTEL! 1) I have requested for premium room for 3 days which they charge 6k per night without extra bed. I requested for additional extra bed so that’s like 7k they charged. When I went in the room was so small which you can’t even add an extra bed! When I request them to remove the chair so will have more space they was like oh hotel policy went can’t move. Then I have decide to change to a bigger one which was suites for 13k per night. It was extremely overpriced for this kind of hotel! 2) The next day comes the manager asking us when are you checking out? I was like huh why? We lock the room here for 3 days which we paid for 1 day and the next day we will settle the balance. He was like no the room you are in now is booked by someone else for 7 days and you will need to check out like wth he think of himself! I was like we took for 3 days and he was like no this room was available for 1 day only and then I asked him did you let us know in this? He was quiet. He was like we can suggest you 2 rooms of premium with the same price. I was like dude the 2 room cost is 12k and that suites was 13k so what are you trying to do here? Anyways I was refusing since I have told him for 3 days locked it. He was like no the other guest already booked it. I told them to ask them to move to that room then it’s your fault if you did not block it online so people won’t book on that day. He was like there is one guest who are disable and so on we have to give them. Somehow I say fine just leave it I had enough with them I moved to the premium room. 3) their breakfast was worst no point getting it. 4) Lastly, when we checked out and came back it appears one of the guest who was with us had very bad rashes on their hand and back part of body which was 100% sure because of the extra bed they provided. It was like very rusty. This is the worst hotel and also the creamery poor management. Surprisingly how they even get good rating it’s either they buy or what! TERRIBLE HOTEL!
