Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport

After a wonderful trip to MahaKumbh, Ajodhya and Benaras, I spent a night at this hotel on my way back. This hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and I had a fantastic stay before getting on my international flight. During breakfast, I was greeted and helped by this young lady Aastha Sharma, who was very nice, friendly and warm eager to help with any special requirements like warm water. I sincerely appreciate the hospitality and the way I was treated and taken care of. The best part of the stay is the way everyone treats the guests with humility, respect and willingness to help. Thank you for keeping the spirit of ’Athithi Devo Bhava’ alive and well. Jai Hind’’’’. ’’’’’’’’

I moved to this hotel by the airport, so I could have an easier time with domestic flights next day; it is a hotel with great ambience, room was nice, breakfast was truly international, however I gave three stars because I got way too many e-mails from them before my arrival (too much marketing), plus one of the female greeters meeting me at the lobby before my departure grabbed my phone and wanted me to give the hotel a review before I checked out. I thought that was not a very classic gesture of a four to five star hotel. Management should re-train lobby staff to respect customers better, they were too aggressive for a good review; no hotels should expect a review from customers until after they leave, and complete the entire stay with satisfaction.

We would like to thank Aastha & Shageh for you fantastic friendly service, we arrived after a 10+ hour flight from Australia to we welcomed by the hotel with lovely air-conditioning and a clean comfortable bed. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and was delighted to enjoy fantastic western and traditional Indian cuisine. will definitely stay here again :)

A Truly Exceptional Stay ’ Hospitality at Its Best! I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport and had an experience that went far beyond my expectations. After a long and exhausting seven-hour journey from Agra, I arrived at the hotel around 9 PM, tired and hungry. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my booking not reflecting in the hotel system, which took some time to resolve. Despite the situation, Abhishek at the front desk remained professional and empathetic, offering reassurance while working to find a solution. With the support of the manager on duty, Rupesh, they identified the issue with my corporate travel agent's booking. Since all rooms of the same standard were fully booked for the night, Rupesh took the initiative to provide a complimentary upgrade, prioritizing my comfort and well-being at such a late hour. His thoughtfulness didn’t stop there’while coordinating with my travel colleague, he even arranged some drinks and snacks so I could relax. This level of care made all the difference after a tiring day. After a restful night, I headed downstairs for breakfast, where the duty manager personally checked in on me, ensuring I had rested well and apologizing again for the previous night’s delay. I truly appreciated this gesture, as I understand that unexpected situations can arise, but it’s how we handle them that matters most. The team’s commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Upon learning about my plans to visit the National Museum and India Gate before my flight, the team made thoughtful arrangements to accommodate my schedule, making my experience even more seamless and enjoyable. As a first-time visitor to India, I felt genuinely welcomed, almost as if I were being cared for by family. The warmth and professionalism displayed by the Radisson Blu team, especially Rupesh, Abhishek, and Payal at the front desk, left a lasting impression on me. Their kindness and dedication turned what could have been a stressful situation into a cherished memory. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi’not only for its excellent facilities but for the exceptional hospitality that truly sets it apart.
