Extremely well maintained rooms at reasonable cost. Location as well is very good.. Hospitality was so good. They are extremely helpful and soft spoken, When we had to cancel the room at last moment due to medical emergency, they helped us to rebook on a different date. Thank you so much Eden team. Will definitely visit again if we travel to ooty!

Superb people - very hospitable. Location is close to most places. There is a little bit of hike up which might be little difficult for elderly people to walk up and down the road but if they are using car no problem. The people there are very helpful - Ash Lee and Bhramhas are very nice people.

Great stay in Ooty! All Staff from reception to cleaning to owner were so accomodating and friendly and the room was very clean. We felt very comfortable and had a good night rest. It’s walking distance to center with all restaurants and the botanical garden. We’ve had a lot of hit and miss in India finding good hotels, but can absolutely reccomend this place!

Its a nice and well maintained hotel. Staff are well behaved and supportive. Good vibes to stay, recommended for small families and solo travelers. The roof top arrangement for food is usp of this place.

Superb service. Good and clean rooms. 24 hours hot water facility. Friendly staffs. And the main was breakfast. Good and tasty foods. And it was unlimited. Enjoyed the 2 days stay.
