Amazed to see that rooms were very spacious.Rooms also had kitchen facility and dining area. No room heaters provided. Room was neat and clean. Good view of ooty race course area from hotel. Room service was not that good. They made me to remind them 4 times to bring warm water to drink. I ordered them single plate rice but they brought 2 plates and said that i only ordered two. At last i paid for two for their mistake. Food is not good. Do not book taxi from hotel travel desk. They will charge atleast 800 rs. extra. Book at your own from local vendors.
