I had a truly awful experience at this hotel. The bathroom was disgusting, with a terrible, lingering smell that made it unbearable to use. The room was not clean, and it was clear that hygiene was not a priority. To make matters worse, the room keys weren’t working properly, forcing me to repeatedly go back to the front desk for assistance. The staff was unhelpful and provided terrible service, adding to my frustration. With dirty rooms, a stinky bathroom, malfunctioning keys, and poor customer service, I would never stay here again. I highly recommend finding a different place to stay.

New hotel very close to temple. No room service when I visited. Only breakfast provided as free buffet. Inside restaurant not available and external restaurant partially serving, but not accessible for guests. Mostly external customer used.
Even coffee or tea not served upon request, restaurant not open yet.
Recommended for those who visit and vacate quickly. On special days difficult to get food in palani and in this hotel.
Good parking available and good and clean rooms.
Another thing to note is, noise from neighbouring rooms, might be caused by central aircondition.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The bathroom was the worst part of the experience’it was incredibly stinky, with an awful smell that seemed to linger throughout my stay. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority here, as the entire room felt dirty and neglected. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, providing poor service that only added to my frustration. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, the unpleasant smell, and the terrible service made this a very negative experience. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for accommodation.

Below average for the price they charge. Dinner ordered to room was pathetic, portion was little and didn't taste good. Morning breakfast was average. They don't provide steel spoon, everywhere they provide thin stick spoon(one we use to eat ice cream). Staff were well mannered. Parking was open.

The rooms are big and comfortable.
Cons
No laundry service.
No tissue roll provided.
Shower head full of scale build up.
Wash basin tap choked from scale build up.
Water pressure and heat is uncertain,
They should really do some heavy maintenance .
Still a comfortable stay apart from the above .
