Lamel Cove Beach Resort

If you’re looking for a perfect location overlooking the sea, this place is ideal. The service is excellent’staff respond promptly and fulfill requests efficiently. However, there are some drawbacks. Beach access is restricted to 6 AM ’ 6 PM, which might be inconvenient for some. The biggest downside is the room quality. The rooms are not well-maintained, with lizards and insects crawling around, dirty linens and curtains, dampness, and an unpleasant smell. If you’re paying for the location and service, it’s worth considering, but if you expect top-notch rooms for the price, this may not be the best choice. I’m not sure if this issue was specific to my room (506) or applies to all, but overall, the location and service are the highlights here

This resort offers best sea view, it's right on the beach. The rooms Are clean and spacious (options available). Room service is quick. Side sea view room also offer good view to the beach. Kids play area keeps kids occupied. Terrace offers a wide angle view of the bay, Food can be served on the terrace at lunch and dinner time. Pavement could be maintained, as some are broken. I like the behaviour of the staff, they are jolly and helpful. The menu has 90 percent nonveg items, so you may end up repeating vegetarians items which can get boring if staying long enough. Overall, A memorable stay and within budget.

Lamel Cove Beach Resort provided one of the best stays on the outskirts of Pondicherry. The staff was incredibly kind and polite, making the experience even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved the food and the service, with the servers' warm and respectful attitude being a highlight. Thank you for all your excellent services; we’ll definitely be visiting again!

Had a great stay here for one night. Location is right on the beach and their sea facing rooms are a total 10/10 for location. Service is good and food is very reasonably priced. Car parking is convenient. The access road is narrow so large vehicles may find it bit challenging and room interiors can be better. Overall an excellent place to unwind.I would rate 4.5/5.

Property location is great. They provide 1 min access to beach. Service was highly commendable. Food was tasty. Wifi is high speed but unstable sometimes. However, they should invest more to improve room interior. Overall, a much recommend place for long stays.
