Hotel Fortune

Hotel Fortune is one of the best hotel I visited. Their service is top notch and the view from the balcony is eye soothing. Excellent place for family stay and the ocean view is just 100m walk away.

Great Stay with Stunning Views, but Room for Improvement I stayed in the Kailash Suite, which offers a breathtaking ocean view’a truly serene and unforgettable experience. The dinner buffet and breakfast were fantastic, both affordable and fulfilling, even if not included in your stay. Special mention for the coffee’it was exceptional and a real treat every morning. However, there are a couple of areas that could use some improvement. The Wi-Fi signal in the suite was weak, which was disappointing for such a premium room. Additionally, the bathroom could use an upgrade’the showerhead and plastic wares felt outdated and didn’t match the overall quality of the suite. These are small details, but addressing them would elevate the experience significantly. Overall, a great stay, but with a few tweaks, it could be perfect!

Our room was good. But it was filled with cigerette smoke smell. It's not the hotel's fault but some idiots misused the facilities. I could have given the hotel 5 stars if the hotel people kept the room smell free. And I also observed that the people are not interested in learning other languages to attend the customer. Except the reception nobody could speak English or Hindi. It's difficult to communicate. Though it is sea facing, the beach is filled with garbage. The access to hotel is very narrow and too many one ways.

This is a standalone hotel and not the party of the ITC group, property is good overall. - This is very near to the Rameshwaram temple. - They have Rameshwaram temple pandit contacts and offer them to their guests but we recommend not taking service as they charge too much. - Food is okay and at decent prices. - Rooms in the size are ok but not maintained at the level they are charged, TV was not working, There was water leakage in the washroom, etc.

Easy to reach and have easy access to nearby places. Hotel rooms are quite well however not upto the mark. AC was not working well, upon complaining nobody even bothered to get it attended. Bathroom got choked and upon multiple complaints & requests* team attended and resolved the concern. During the booking, staff said the prices are non-negotiable for which the customer expect non-negotiable services too. Hotel staff failed to provide services.
