Hotel Saara

Worst hotel ever seen. Garbage next to hote and very narrow lane- one car can hardly enter. Went with family and had booked 2 rooms. Both rooms had the dirtiest bedsheets- with multiple stains and torn. Furniture seemed as if it was bought from junkyard.toilet seat was broken and toilets were used. Window opened in front of a blank wall. Hotel is not at all as shown in pictures. We had to immediately check out as it was so bad and unhygienic. One can get much better hotels at better prices. Don’t lose money by booking this property.

Hotel Saara provided an exceptional experience with its impeccably clean rooms and attentive staff. Located just 100 meters from the beach and 150 meters from the temple, its ideal location enhanced our stay. When our 8-year-old fell ill due to heat stroke, both the staff and the owner went above and beyond to ensure immediate medical attention, staying with us late into the night. Their genuine care and quick response made a challenging situation much more manageable, leaving us deeply impressed with their hospitality and dedication to guest comfort.

Rooms were average. Beds and pillows were smelly a bit. Location is good but for the price we pay the hotel is not that well maintained. We really had a hard time go near the hotel as road were so small that only one car go. However hotel guys helped us to get to hotel.

Mixed experience here . We had booked Triple Bed Room , couple of weeks in advance . On Checking in time ,, they offered us the Room in Top floor . Unfortunately the extra bed/mattress was not at all there .. We had to Request the staff for the extra mattress . The staff was reluctant to place the Bed . Room was spacious but toilet maintenance was not up to the mark . We requested the staff to clean . On the first day night AC was not functioning . On complaining about the issue , the staff came late (reluctantly too ) . He changed the settings and somehow cool air came . Room service was too slow . When we ordered for Coffee it came after 40 minutes late with below warm conditions . The Cab driver , who was recommended by the Hotel management, took Rs 1000 to drop from Mandabam station to Hotel . He did not drop us in the hotel , telling us the reason that Hotel is in a very small lane . But on returning again to Mandabam , on recommendation of Hotel management he came to the Hotel itself .. But unfortunately he was not happy because of this and showed his face . Inspite of shedding Rs 1000 , we had to face this situation . please note Parking is not possible in this Hotel . I will say this is just a Lodge . No proper Hotel with no restaurant , No proper Room service too .

This is a very cheap hotel, They don’t even provide bottled packed water, Bedsheets Towels are worn & torn, No Tea Coffee, No Electric Kettle. Location is very close to Agni Thirtham & Main Temple. Accessible road is very narrow.
