Hotel Review My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The cleanliness was severely lacking; the room and common areas were dusty and unkempt, making it uncomfortable to stay in. It was clear that regular cleaning was not a priority. Additionally, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, which only added to the negative experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming environment. Don’t even deserve one star.

My experience was just okayish. Not value for money Pros hotel is close to rameshwaram temple and many food options near by. Cons 1. No mineral waters were provided. 2. Bedroom was below average considering there were cockcroaches, switches were loosely fitted 3. Washroom was in horrible condition. Water was dripping from the geyser. Komod was placed wrongly and had no sufficient leg space. Flush tank was partially broken. 4. Lot of power fluctuations. 5. Receptionist was keen on knowing the excat check out time from the day we entered the hotel. He repeatedly bothered us. 6. Blanket given to us was bad conditions and had holes in it.

Rooms were not good enough for price 5k in Christmas season.Flithy washroom , AC and fans operates in one mode. We reached early, they did not allow us to use washroom to freshen up till check in time. Staff was very arrogent and argumentative. Would not attend service intercom calls to provide water in rooms. Blankets were torn, did not replace after heated argument with attendants. Manager, receptionist, housing staff all very arrogent impolite and agressive even with ladies. Would not recommend this hotel at all. Location is not close for elderly and children.

Apart from being close to the temple there's absolutely no reason to choose this hotel, rooms are decent but service horrible and a personal nightmare. After reaching the hotel early in the morning no rooms were provided until noon. Staff was arrogant and aggressive. Rooms were overpriced and reception never picked up the call. Even after personally confronting the manager no help was provided may it be water bottles or mosquito repellent. Truly a horrible experience, would not recommended Hope it helped

I had dinner in their restaurant. Didn't stay here. Very homely food. Limited options. Clean kitchen. Taste was good. Budget pricing. Overall good.
