Sremethila Hotel

A very good place considering the price. It's an easily upper 3 star property very clean . The rooms are big hygienic. Even tough the place is not professionally. Managed. The hotel took order and after hour cancelled the order without informing that the dish is not available. Tour cab rates were told that it is 1500 the next day changed to 2300. The hotel has to be professionally managed. The staff is untrained and unresponsive. This is the negative part .

It is good hotel to stay near temple, but not fully worth of money. Our experience was impacted not because of facility but because of staff. Less coordination and arguments among the staff members it seems the hotel and restaurant is managed by different agencies. Getting as lukewarm tea / coffee in breakfast and ghee instead of butter with bread are some example experience we faced. Their facilities are better than nearby hotel ( only few better option available near temple) but overall experience is not satisfactory.

So we booked this place by walkin , the rooms seems decent for the money we paid Rs.4000 and Rs.1500 for extra bed, however the service in terms of food was pathetic and limited, the free complimentary breakfast is something I would avoid forever as I am a southindian I can tell that it’s the most low quality they offered.The room service in terms of toiletries and other small bathroom cosmetics were missing for the price charged.The exhaust is needed in the bathroom. In my opinion they should have charged 2500 or 3000 for the services they gave . It’s overcharged . Anyone travelling and booking this should be very cautious . OVERALL ROOM IS GOOD but we don’t come and pay only for the room , right!

Restaurant is good. Mr. Vitnesh made sure that our buffet experience should be satisfactory. Although there are some minor structural issues like corridors or hall is not centrally air conditioned so you can't sit outside of the room in summers. Location is near the temple which is a good thing. Staff is coming co-operative enough to provide some extra services also like if you need some medicine they'll provide it on urgent basis. Hotel is clean also. Room are also spacious enough. Overall moderately good experience. It's just that the hotel is not centrally air conditioned which somehow slightly spoiled our experience otherwise it's a nice hotel. Giving 5 star to restaurant, service and staff co-operative staff but over-all 3 star for just the air conditioner situation.

Rooms are in good condition. However, the corridors and restaurant needs renovation. Food is above average. Price could be a little less according to room conditions. Service was good. The receptionists Rajshekhar and Sandhya are very helpfull to make the stay easy there.
