Hotel Juna Mahal

Beautiful Resort close to Rathambore Park. We had a private pool room. The place was clean and kids were happy. Personell is kind and efficient. food IS nice and they organize a lot of complimentary activities. There IS a nice little bazar and they sew to measure.

This is a 5 star. Attentive staff. Variety of high-end rooms. Beautiful gardening. Loads of beautiful stone work and lighted paths. Terraces for star gazing. Luxury baths. Heated pools available.

Juna Mahal, Jaipur Juna Mahal in Jaipur is undeniably a beautiful hotel with stunning architecture that showcases the charm of Rajasthan. The rooms are equally impressive, providing a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing stay. However, the service left much to be desired. We requested a spa session but were informed that the spa was closed due to maintenance and renovation. While that’s understandable, we were offered in-room massages instead. We specifically requested three female masseuses, but to our disappointment, they sent one female and two males. This was unacceptable, especially since we had explicitly communicated our requirements. Upon questioning, we were simply told that female masseuses were unavailable, leaving us frustrated and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, during our stay, a Michael Kors watch belonging to one of my friend was stolen. The watch was last seen in the room before we left for a safari at Ranthambore, but it was missing after room service / upon our return. Despite reporting the issue to the management, they were unhelpful and dismissive, claiming that such incidents had never occurred before. Unfortunately, the watch was never recovered, and the experience left us feeling deeply disappointed. While the hotel’s beauty is remarkable, the lack of professionalism in service and security is concerning. It’s a shame that such incidents marred an otherwise promising stay.

Very very nice spot. Rooms are spacious and very well fitted out. The pool is beauty. Staff are plentuful, and plentifully helpful. Food is buffet style, and quite good.

We visited Juna Mahal in the month of Jan. This place is located near to safari gates. It's hardly 10mins drive to main gate. Their rooms are clean and well maintained. Service is ontime. They listen to your request and respond quickly. Manager Manohar singh always welcomes you with great smile. I recommend this Mahal if you are planning a trip to Ranthambore.
