Heval River Cottage & Rafting Camp

Very bad experience. We were a couple, with an infant and an old woman, allotted room no 2. Dirty room and washroom, as if they haven't been cleaned in a while. Damp walls, Foul smell in room. The moment we checked in, they demanded the entire payment in advance, so one may not escape it The food was bad and tasteless. Kitchen was super dirty and Messy. The management gave us this room despite knowing that there is an arrangement of loud music in the evening. The speakers were kept right in front of our room, which was disturbing for an old woman and child. We noticed better room in the resort, but we were intentionally given the most dirty and deteriorated room. The only good part, there is a river flowing nearby. If you are travelling with family, you must never stay at this property. There are better options in the neighbourhood.

We took 2 nights 3 days Holi Package. Holi Party was well organised with unlimited snacks and drinks. It was a very nice place on a riverside. Hospitality was good. Mr Sanjay, Resort Manager and Staff was very kind, helpful and cooperative. Food was delicious . We would love to visit again and recommend my friends.

The staff, the meals, and the camp itself were all excellent. The camp's view of the river was stunning, and the rooms were immaculate. Although it's far away, it's a nice spot to hang out with friends. My buddies and I had a great day, and the staff was very helpful.

Very nice place on river side. Situated on a good location and service is also very good. Food is fantastic they treat every guest like a VIP. Cleaning and washrooms are also good.

We were here for Holi celebration. The arrangement was very good. The host was very helpful. We really had a good time.
