Simple rooms and hot water shower. The sheet was clean. BUT the room is damp. An healthy environment is more important then a cheap room. They keep the room door open so you don't smell it when you check in. It has black mould in the shower. Black mold can be toxic. They asked for this room 700 RPS per night. I added some pictures to show you the room these are not visible any more.

This is the worst place to stay, Too costly, not value to the money If you are traveling with family it is not safe at all you can see alcohol is getting consumed in nearly every room. All rooms have no tube lights they are entirely running on LED Small bulbs, not even CFL. There was no TV in any place, By eight only you will get hot water, For us, in the morning six, there was no water they told us to wait till 8 o'clock. In my room, only two plugs were available for phone charging and out of which one was not working. And the rooms were not clean at all bed sheet are full of stains. And there was no parking space for my car so parked it more than 1 km away, and parking was of 150RS.

No entry after 11 pm now a part of 99 roomz. Very close to lakshman jhula i have stayed here before. Prices are economical and reasonable. WiFi available

Great guest house with good, clean facilities. Manager is very friendly. Would recommend to backpackers with a cheap budget as in a great location.

Simple rooms with few amenities. No room service available at the time of need. View is good if you ask for mountain view room.
