Phoolchatti Resort

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and it was truly a memorable experience! The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The resort itself is very well-maintained, with cleanliness and attention to detail evident in every corner. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The view from the resort was breathtaking, offering stunning scenes that made it easy to relax and unwind. Whether it was the sunrise or sunset, each moment felt magical. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. Can’t wait to return!

Has been recently renovated. We were group of 20 people. All Rooms were clean, service was good and food was good as well. All our requests were well catered. Is situated alongside a stream and has direct access from the resort. Good views

Very bad service. Very bad behaviour from the staff. Manager does’t have an idea about the services he is providing. He does not have control over staff. Staff always denied al-cart order Food is not well. Prepared Staff showed rude behaviour. They take advance money for entire stay. They do not have parking. Food order items are only limited to 3 to 4 items. Morning they will tea only once. Reheat them abs serve it again n again. No fresh tea. Very less staff, no proper cleanines. No flexibility. If you plan to come here then prepare your self.

Pathetic experience! Very ill managed place location is good, rooms are decent, have very low water pressure. Food is below average. Sales person only fool customers by making false commitments promises even if they write on confirmation they will not provide those services, when you call them regarding the same they will not pick your call. Reception guys behave like goons once full payment is done’’’’’’’’. There are multiple resorts near by do check them out before booking them. No parking you need to have a steep walk. Shocked to see 4+ rating for this property.

No variety in food, day food is recooked at dinner. No ala carte service and staff is rude after payment. Resort name should be ’FOOL TATTI’ instead of phool chatti!! Suggestions to management- 1. fire your current in house hotel management and get new team 2. Increase food variety and rotate it on a daily basis 3. Aquire some more professionalism!
