"Terrible service at this resort! The staff was rude and unprofessional, showing no interest in helping guests. It took forever to get even basic requests fulfilled, and they acted like they were doing us a favor. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and the room service was extremely slow. For the price charged, I expected much better hospitality. Definitely not worth it!" Absolutely terrible experience! The staff was rude and completely unhelpful. Basic services were delayed, and the management didn’t seem to care about guest comfort. The resort is poorly maintained, and the overall experience was frustrating. Save your money and do not visit this place!"

"Worst experience ever! This resort is a complete nightmare. The staff is incredibly rude, unresponsive, and treats guests like an inconvenience. Rooms are filthy, with stained sheets and a terrible smell. Service is unbelievably slow’expect to wait hours for even a glass of water. The food was overpriced and tasted horrible. On top of that, the management is completely unprofessional and refuses to address complaints. Avoid this place at all costs! Staying here was a huge mistake, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Do not visit’unless you want to ruin your vacation!"

It is very good resort ideal for leisure and Rafting. Although it is very inside but it is picturesque location. Food is also good.

We have visited this resort in mid December 2023, referred by one of my friend. First the positive things, The location is awesome, you can enjoy the true river side experience here, just at the front of your cottage and lawn.. the lawn is very big and you can easily play cricket and other outdoor games or enjoy the weather. The cottages are well maintained, as I can say there are some things that if the management can improve, it can be better. Parking space is big enough and 7-8 vehicle can be parked easily. The negatives:- Service is not up to the mark, the way they handle people is not good. No Wi-Fi, no television, no geyser in some of the rooms. DJ is only at Friday’s and Saturday, other days you can enjoy at low volume.. Food is so so.. So I think you can easily make your decision for visiting here..
