Jaladhama Resorts

We visited the resort in December 2024. There were several activities for kids to do right from boating , kayaking, indoor and outdoor games.swimming pool and rain dance . The location of the resort is beautiful. The food and service was also excellent with very polite and helpful staff However on the flip side the maintenance can definitely be better. The common rest rooms are not cleaned regularly. The rope adventure course could not be done at all it is placed over stagnant water that is not cleaned. And also we saw a snake in the water , so there is no way we can allow kids in that. The advertised water scooter was also not working. This being a star resort , the maintenance should also be given priority to Hopefully, these things are made better on my next holiday there

The atmosphere, food, service and everything was good. But every bathroom floor has polished granites. It is very slippery. Being a senior citizen I was very careful while taking a bath. Management should replace the polished granite tiles with anti skid tiles. The vegetarian food was excellent and we enjoyed it.

Had an underwhelming stay at Jaladhama for my corporate team outing. This was my fourth trip to this place and I was never disappointed like this in the past. Always felt the backwater theme has a charm but this time it is horribly spoiled by utterly waste food and pool hospitality. Staff didn't care or coordinate anything and gave us a feeling "you are unwelcome". I paid Rs.20000 extra for veg and non-veg starters during lunch and dinner. All of that was throw away as it seemed like they put salt in vengeance. Also they tried to charge for extra heads than actual, which I had to fight back. Overall, I have a pathetic stay, and I strongly recommend people, especially corporates to stay away. This place is not the same anymore.

"A Perfect Getaway at Talakadu Jaladhama Resort!" I recently visited this place, and it was a delightful experience. The serene location by the backwaters is breathtaking, making it an ideal spot to unwind from city life. The resort offers a variety of water activities, including boating and kayaking, which added excitement to our trip. The staff was incredibly hospitable and ensured we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, offering a good mix of local flavour's and popular dishes, catering to a variety of tastes. The cottages were well-maintained, clean, and provided a comfortable stay. What stood out to me was the resort’s commitment to providing a close-to-nature experience while maintaining great amenities.

We had visited this place with our family, it is really a great place to relax and enjoy, especially if you are travelling in a group you can cherish your moment spent with family. Food was really a top notch. Best part was the breakfast and snacks would be served in the floating boat. The staff are friendly and the service was great. Should shout out for the staff who are maintaining the resort so clean and neat. Kudos to there efforts. I have provided 4 starts as the swimming pool water contained high chlorine which started itching for kids and elders. Rest all was a great experience staying a day in this place.
