The Elephant Court

The Elephant Court is an excellent place to stay. The amenities are well-maintained and definitely worth the cost. We particularly enjoyed the spa therapy services offered. The food quality was outstanding, and I especially loved the baked cookies we purchased to take home. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to unforeseen circumstances, but overall, our experience at the hotel was very positive. However, it is worth noting that the restaurant staff did not meet the same standards; although the management was welcoming and attentive, there was a noticeable difference in how foreign and native guests were treated in the restaurant, which is unfortunate.

Our team recently stayed at THE ELEPHANT COURT in Thekkady for our business annual meet. While the hotel had its strengths, there were a few areas that needed improvement. _Excellent Amenities_ The hotel's modern amenities, including the accommodation and dining facilities, exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. _Impeccable Service_ The staff were courteous, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. _Scenic Location_ The hotel's location, surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking the picturesque Thekkady landscape, was stunning. _Conference Hall - A Letdown_ Unfortunately, the conference hall was smaller than expected, which made it challenging for our team to conduct meetings and presentations comfortably. We hope the hotel considers expanding or upgrading their conference facilities. _Value for Money_ Considering the top-notch facilities, service, and location, we felt that the hotel offered good value for money. I recommend to anyone planning a leisure stay in Thekkady, but for business meets, they might want to consider other options with better conference facilities.

The stay at the elephant court was amazing. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We stayed with our baby and it was a pleasant stay. I would like to mention Manoj ji for his kind suggestions and service

We stayed for 2 days only and the service overall by staff was very good. Food was delicious. Buffer every day and Sooraj in the dining room was exceptionally good in mannerism and service, we recommend him for the good dining time we had. Rooms were clear and welcome was good.
