SP Grand Days

I visited SP Grand Days for dinner to celebrate a family member's achievement and was pleasantly surprised by the impressive spread. They were still offering a Diwali-themed menu, and the variety was both unique and extensive. As a regular visitor, I noticed the weekday buffet was elevated beyond the usual standard, showcasing exceptional quality and freshness. The flavors were fantastic, and the dessert selection was particularly delightful, offering a wonderful finale to the meal. I hope they can maintain this heightened level of quality every day, not just for special occasions! SP Grand Days has truly outdone itself this time.

During our stay, we encountered a significant issue in one of the rooms, which was infested with cockroaches. While the management did agree to change our room the following day, the experience was unsettling and negatively impacted our stay. Additionally, the overall pricing at the hotel is excessively high, with items being charged at a 30-50% premium above the MRP, making it feel unnecessarily overpriced. The quality of food was another disappointment, particularly the vegetarian menu, which failed to meet expectations. To make matters worse, the service was extremely slow, adding to our dissatisfaction. Overall, the experience fell far below the standards one would expect at the price point charged by the hotel.

Neat and hygiene hotel, many varieties of delicious food in the buffet. Room service is also done fastsr. Got a room in the 10th floor, poor hot water availity in the bathroom and there is no force in the shower. Amenities like hair dryer, room slippers are not there.

My family and I had an unforgettable stay at the hotel, and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Prejeesh for his exceptional care and hospitality. The hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, and my child especially enjoyed the kid-friendly amenities . The staff’s warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly welcome. The room is spacious but the AC makes a lot of sound and makes unable to sleep. They don't even know the basic house keeping rules. When you are sleeping in your room they keep calling and disturbing for room cleaning. Moreover due to the wedding ceremony, people make a lot of noise and it's really loud.
