SRM Hotel

It's a decent hotel for a few days stay...I was travelling for work with a big group. It is family friendly. The food spread on the breakfast and dinner buffet was also satisfactory. The facilities in the room can be better considering they are a 4 star , like providing shower gel in addition to the tiny bar soap, provide moisturizer etc. The service is good , sometimes though I heard the restaurant staff and supervisors involved in loud exchange of words at dinner. Maybe they can discuss inside the kitchen and not in the main dining area. The rest of the staff is helpful. Overall I had a good stay at SRM.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The shower mixer in my room was not working, which was highly inconvenient and the shower gel was empty not replaced by house keeping. It The attitude of the staff, particularly at reception and the restaurant (Thirupathi), was disappointing. Despite my attempts to be friendly and engage with them, they greeted us with long faces and a lack of enthusiasm. I even had to point out that they should smile and be more welcoming to guests, as their demeanor came across as rude and unprofessional. To add to the disappointment, the food was very basic and lacked quality. It was not up to the standard I would expect from a hotel. Overall, this stay fell short of expectations. The management should focus on improving staff training and the overall guest experience.

We stayed here for a day. This property is littlebit away from the city with large parking space. We stayed in executive room which was clean and the bathroom is very neat. We had only breakfast here.The breakfast hall is filled with egg smell since it is very small and a/c. So we decided to have lunch and dinner outside.price is little bit higher for the rooms.overall decent hotel for a short stay

I booked an executive suite to get rest and catch a 6 AM flight. My main requirements when I travel is a clean bathroom, comfortable bed and a good shower. Room service. 1. There was no hot water despite running the water for 15 mins. Could not have a shower. 2. The main bathroom, the flush did not work. So imagine trying to use a water glass/cup to try to flush 3. Room service. We ordered, food never arrived, we fell asleep 4. I asked for a wake up call. Did not happen. I paid 10,000 for staying there from 7.30pm to 430am. At Rs 1000 an hour, I think I should have a better experience.

Location is excellent, Stay not so great missing the star category quality. No value for money stay. Restaurant is good and very tasty veg food. Ms Lata was good in attending your breakfast choices. Ms Rohini at reception is very fast in attending customer billing and hospitality. Wifi was not working even after complaining all 3 days morning and evening. I recommend 3 points to stay..
