My 3 nights N 4 days were a pleasant stay. The Dining n house maintenance staff were very prompt to cater to my requirements. Shankar at the dining dept ensured all my orders are sent without any errors. He never missed to call in the evening to check my dinner requirements. Overall I had a happy holiday’’

My parents visited this hotel on 23rd march and checked into their respective allotted room, they were asked to pay extra for breakfast while it was a part of the package and they are denying the same. After all the hassle about the tariff and the breakfast, the hotel staff is denying proper bill to avoid any form of accountability. Such horrendous behaviour is not expected from a reputed hotel chain that too with people of age. My parents who have travelled hours before finding this place for stay and considering its a hotel by lemon tree they booked room under good faith. VERY PATHETIC!

I had an amazing stay at Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels! The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, offering great value for the price. The service was exceptional, and I’d like to especially appreciate Mr. Prem from housekeeping, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor truly stood out. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Will definitely return!

We had a stay for four days. It’s a very good hotel at a really nice location. Connected to the hotel is the Urban mall, which was also a good to have. We were with family and kids so the location worked out perfectly. Another good part was the kitchen service. The food was really good and the Chef Vipin ji personally took out feedback and looked after our needs as we needed some less spicy things for kids. Another support we got from the staff was, since we were with kids we needed milk so they were really nice to boil the milk and bring it to our room. Thank you Rajendra ji, you are a very humble person. Overall an excellent place to plan your stay.

Stay was good . Rooms are clean. Services were fast . Food, you wont get much options and felt too pricey. They have tour services as well, with very good and polite drivers and cars are neat.
