I would not even give them 1 star... The worst ever services I have seen.... And lol the name given is Dash International.... The remote hotels at mangalore are much better then this. No water served.... The manager is not at all bothered about the services.... A some breakfast was delivered in 1.15 hours. The room was filled with cockroaches.... Evn in the fridge there was a live cockroach.... Not even once in my 2 days stay.. The room was cleaned.... The vegetable sandwich which was costing 130 Rs.... Did not have vegetables at all...... I would not recommend this filthy hotel to anyone.... I do have the screen shots of everything... But cannot upload here.... The receptionist had the audacity to say... Aap manager se complaint karo na. Mein kuch nahi kar sakta....

Hi OYO Team, Just wanted to notify few things which we come across during the stay. First thing was the lock for the room, obviously you are concerned about your belongings when you leave the room. The locking system was damaged\loose, and no one bothered to check it before providing the room to the customer. However, they managed to replace\repair the lock after we wasted some of our time (As we were about to leave, and we had to wait for this ’ and sorry we had a tight schedule) Second one was and extra bed we order for our room, not sure how they manage the shift left updates to the next person in the shift. We notified the front desk in the morning that we will be needing the extra bed just before sleep and he was fine, he just needed a call before we wanted the bed and we agreed to the same. When we came back to hotel around 7- 7:30 at night we just notified the front desk again for the extra bed and couple of water bottles (This time it was a new guy- may be for the afternoon shift) and he agreed to send it right away. We waited for more than half n hour, we thought they might have forgot and so reminder them again and he agreed to send it right away again!!!. We call the reception couple of times again and it was same response, and nothing happened. Finally we had to raise our voices to ask what is happening actually and this time it was a new guy for the night shift and he didn’t had any update on this and was asking to pay extra Rs.500 for the bed. We were like is this really happening?? They could have told the same in the first call itself and there was no update between whoever is in the shifts. Even for water bottles were not provided at time. Last one was the TV. I agree people don’t come the hotel only for watching TV. but for name sake keep the TV with a watchable display. The screen was so damaged that nothing was visible on the TV. However we were not bothered about the TV, but still consider people who might stay for couple of days and you have this in your room. Just a request that, always think from a perspective of your customers as well.

Not so great in terms of a Hotel. I stayed for a night, and was awfull. Bedsheets and pillow stinking like they have never washed it. AC was not Colling at its highest temp 16. in peak summer season. No room service at All...We wanted to order tea for ourselves at 5pm evening and the answer was that there is no one to make tea at present, he will come by 6. Problem with them is that they are into hotel business but are not serious about it, specially in service industry you have to be on top everytime.

This a comfortable luxury hotel in affordable budget. Nicely located near to Baroda Airport. It on the main road of Vadodara/Baroda city. Staffs are good. Rooms are clean, hygenic and spacious. The best attraction of the place is Ratree Bazaar which is just 200 meters from the hotel. This is an exotic place to eat with vast menus (only veg). This market operates from evening 5 on till early morning 4 am and is mostly crowded. Park your vehicles cautiously as traffic deptt. is pretty active there.

We stay through for Oyo bookings, very closed to Amit Nagar circle and between main city and Airport. It's a budget stay with decent room. Overall good hotel in this location if anyone wish to stay for a day or two. Food ordered was good and delivered on time. Hygiene was satisfactory.
